Electronic Power Design is seeking a motivated Field Services Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and support electrical power distribution systems at customer sites across the United States and internationally.

The role requires traveling up to 80% and strong hands-on technical skills in electrical engineering, with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction. This position offers opportunities to work on critical infrastructure and grow within the field services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience; internships welcomed.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems and industrial controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical power distribution systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving switchboards, motor control centers, generators, PLCs, VFDs, protective relays, breakers, and automation systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
