Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Field Quality Engineer in Las Vegas to drive quality improvements across post-installation activities and product lifecycles. You will review data, identify failure modes, and coordinate corrective actions with service, engineering, operations, and suppliers to enhance Field Quality.

You will lead audits, develop metrics for materials, and support warranty recovery programs while applying Lean and continuous improvement methods in a dynamic gaming technology environment.

• Collaborate with the Field Service, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Configuration, Supplier Quality and Sales teams to address and improve Field Quality.
• Provide quality expertise throughout the product lifecycle, including build inputs and installation at customer venues
• Implement strategic quality improvement plans across multiple departments and monitor ongoing performance.
• Conduct on-site field installation audits. Identify and report.
• Support continuous improvement of product build and warranty repair recovery programs.
• Develop end-of-life cycle standards and metrics for materials.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field and/or experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Business Processes.
• Hands‑on experience with quality systems, supplier / product auditing, and production quality engineering.
• Knowledge and experience working with electronic systems related to power, lighting, audio, touch technology, visual displays and networking systems.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to review and sort complex data sets, identify trends and patterns
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and other quality methodologies.
• Functional understanding of the gaming, development, manufacturing, and technology industries.
