Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. seeks a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect installations, perform tests, and monitor compliance across projects. You will address issues, document findings, and collaborate with teams to drive improvements for high-quality outcomes.

The role requires at least one year of related experience and an associate degree or equivalent, with a valid US driver’s license. Travel, overtime, and on-call duties are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience.
• Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of telecommunication construction industry standard practices.
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure plans and specs are met.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed.
