• Verify proper installation techniques for aerial and underground telecoms.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NESC, utility requirements and company policies.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to field crews and supervisors.
• Monitor adherence to scope, timelines, and customer requirements.
• Complete audit reports and quality tracking using company systems.
• Identify recurring trends and support process improvements.
• Coordinate with management to resolve quality concerns.
