Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks a Quality Compliance leader to oversee the Quality Management System across client facilities in the life sciences sector. You will ensure alignment with GMP, GDP and ISO standards, lead audits, CAPAs and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, five years of compliance experience, and the ability to manage teams and projects across multiple sites, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.
• Minimum of five years in compliance, quality systems or internal auditing within regulated industry.
• Strong technical writing skills in English and Spanish.
• MS Office applications and TrackWise proficiency.
• Experience leading teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish objectives, mentor staff, and manage resources to ensure successful QMS execution.
• Provide design, execution and maintenance support for quality system processes.
• Coordinate training on SOP changes or new system implementations.
• Recommend and direct improvements to enhance department effectiveness.
• Lead QA system implementation and data analysis for improvement opportunities.
• Manage client documentation reviews and approvals; review protocols and final reports.
