Job summary

Majestic Surfaces is seeking a Field Manager to oversee installations in the Charleston, SC area. In this role you will work with builders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will perform site inspections, coordinate field repairs, and ensure safety standards are followed while building strong partnerships. The position is full-time and hourly, offering growth and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to follow all company policies and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with builders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Travel to job sites using a company vehicle to perform inspections and assigned duties.
• Conduct quality control inspections of completed installations.
• Perform minor field repairs, including scratches, chips, cleaning, and caulking, as needed.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Complete required reports and communicate updates to management.
• Conduct field safety audits of subcontractors to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct builder satisfaction surveys and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Attend jobsite planning and safety meetings as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
