Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is hiring a Quality Control Field Technician in Phoenix, AZ. You will inspect installations, run tests, and monitor compliance to ensure work meets plans and specifications.

The role requires safety awareness and the ability to address issues with both solo and team efforts. The position offers overtime possibilities and requires willingness to travel and perform after-hours duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and company drug screening.
• Must be able to attend and pass all required training as needed.
• May include overtime; after hours; weekends or be on-call as work is needed to ensure work is completed.
• May include nights and holidays as needed.
• 1–3 years minimum experience within Underground Utility Construction Industry with training available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during the installation process to ensure work meets plans and specifications.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until they are resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document the results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and perform duties in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
