Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect fieldwork, perform tests, and monitor compliance across projects. You will address issues, document findings, and collaborate with teams to drive improvements and maintain high quality outcomes.

You will review active and completed construction work, ensuring it meets specifications and customer requirements, and report any gaps.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years minimum experience in Underground Utility Construction industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer skills and ability to use core software.
• Willingness to work in both solo and team environments.
• Comfort with varying weather conditions and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect active construction projects and review completed work for cleanliness and closeout documentation.
• Ensure work complies with Pauley’s requirements and customer specifications.
• Verify CORE documentation matches completed LCS and customer requirements; report issues to leadership.
• Make minor field corrections to installations when needed.
• Handle and transport small materials to field crews.
• Operate and report using general computer applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
