Job summary

Beusa Energy Group is seeking an Entry Level QA/QC Engineer to drive quality initiatives in Midland, TX. You will work with field leadership and frontline crews to reinforce quality expectations, identify deviations, and close the loop between daily operations and systemic improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in operational or field support roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to train/coach crews.

Responsibilities

• Conducts field- and facility-based audits of quality-critical processes.
• Reinforces adherence to SOPs and safety-critical work instructions.
• Builds relationships with crews and leads for quality awareness.
• Initiates Quality tickets and NCRs in the QMS and documents findings.
• Supports deployment of field-quality tools like Control Plans and checklists.
• Collaborates with Quality Systems Engineers to resolve systemic issues.
