Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of crude oil testing is required.
• Negotiating, influence management, and customer service skills are required.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills are essential.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee product quality program elements including sampling and testing crude oil samples.
• Interpret test results and ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Conduct field audits of Enterprise and third-party locations and train personnel.
• Troubleshoot lab instruments/analyzers and perform minor repairs on lab equipment.
• Ensure adherence to lab best practices and evidence handling procedures.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer analytical concerns and quality incident reporting.
