Job summary

Beusa Energy Group is looking for an Entry-level QA/QC Engineer for its operations in Leetsdale, PA. In this role, you will drive our Quality Management System on-site, working closely with teams to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and will be required to travel frequently, adhering to safety practices. Responsibilities include conducting audits, promoting quality awareness, and supporting operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field- and facility-based audits of quality-critical processes.
• Promote adherence to SOPs, Best Practices, and safety-critical work instructions.
• Build trust-based relationships with crews and lead quality awareness initiatives.
• Initiate Quality tickets and non-conformance reports.
• Support deployment of field-facing quality tools and assist in recognition of high-performing crews.
