Beitzel Corporation seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead our quality program across field service operations at customer sites, including mines and industrial facilities. You will build and oversee the QA/QC team, ensuring practices meet our standards and client requirements, and that every turnover is of the highest quality.

You will work with Directors, Project Managers, and contracts staff to implement procedures, train personnel, and drive a culture of doing it right the first time in a 100%

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in construction-based QA/QC management.
• Degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Business Management, or related disciplines preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and to determine solutions.
• Must be able to work independently and effectively lead a cross-functional team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of the QA/QC system and Quality Training Programs for the Company
• Lead the development and implementation of group specific QA/QC inspection forms and procedures
• Responsible for the oversight of document collection and record-keeping; ensure they are maintained in accordance with defined procedures
• Ensure projects comply with approved source of supply requirements. (i.e., approved submittals are in place and purchased materials conform along with supporting documents)
• Establish quality inspection “hold” points as required for projects (i.e., schedule of required 3rd party inspections) and ensure compliance
• Assist the project management teams with identifying project close out documentation requirements and ensure such documents are obtained and stored in accordance with defined procedures as projects progress
