Job summary

Opifex-Synergy Pump division seeks a Field Project Technician to support on-site pump installation projects, coordinating daily activities and ensuring safe, timely completion. Responsibilities include installing, testing, and dismantling dewatering systems, performing HDPE fusion, and maintaining accurate records while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring construction experience, ability to work flexible shifts, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or manual labor experience.
• Experience around heavy machinery.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site coordination of daily project activities
• Read and interpret project plans, specs, drawings
• Perform field tasks related to installation, testing, dismantle
• Fusion and electrofusion of HDPE pipe and fittings
• Set up and operate fusion equipment
• Document daily progress and site conditions
• Maintain records of fusion parameters
• Communicate updates to Project Managers
