Job summary

Opifex-Synergy is seeking a Field Technician to lead on-site installation, repair and maintenance of our de-watering and fluid transfer equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform tests, and provide top-class customer support during field visits.

You’ll generate detailed service reports and ensure safety protocols are followed. The role requires expedition to job sites, strong trouble-shooting skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Proven field service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager and team to meet customer expectations.
