Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Test Technician A to support their operations in Big Creek, California. In this role, you will supervise, test, and maintain relays and meters vital for the protection and operation of electrical infrastructure. This position requires advanced electrical theory experience and a valid Class C driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in electrical theory.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and electrical protective devices.
• Valid Class C driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate testing instruments for generation and substation protection.
• Perform testing and maintenance across Western Operations.
• Track equipment maintenance and perform necessary corrective actions.
• Modify, program, and coordinate test work with other workers.
• Maintain documentation and electrical drawings.
