Job summary

Impact Recruiting, LLC is seeking a hands-on Property Manager – Inspections & Property Operations to support a portfolio of approximately 347 single-family rental homes throughout Northern Virginia. The role focuses on inspections, property condition, move-in readiness, and tenant/landlord communication, with a strong emphasis on fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or assistant/property inspections.
• Ability to document property conditions accurately and clearly.
• Strong communication with tenants and property owners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move-in, move-out, and annual property inspections.
• Perform property condition checks and identify deficiencies and maintenance concerns.
• Ensure properties are ready for tenant move-in and meet standards.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants and owners regarding property matters.
• Review security deposit dispositions and inspection documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager for repairs as needed.
• Document inspection findings and maintain property records.
• Escalate basic maintenance needs to the appropriate team.
