Job summary

Evernest seeks a Property Management Associate to join our field-based team. You’ll be the eyes, ears, and nose ensuring homes are safe, functional, and ready for residents to move in.

This entry-level role offers hands-on learning in real estate and property management, mileage reimbursement, and the freedom of the road while you build foundational skills and relationships with owners and residents.

Qualifications

• Reliability: you can manage your schedule and show up on time.
• A keen eye: you notice the small things others might miss.
• A valid driver’s license: comfortable with travel and driving.
• Great communication: translate on-site observations into clear notes for managers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate & evaluate: walk-throughs of occupied and unoccupied rental properties, assessing from roof to foundation.
• System analysis: test electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Identify hazards or code violations before they become major issues.
• Light maintenance: perform minor tasks to keep properties in peak condition.
• Report your findings: create digital reports guiding owners on renovations and safety upgrades.
