Evernest is seeking a Property Management Associate in Birmingham, AL to join our field-based operations. You will be the eyes, ears, and nose of our team, performing home inspections, safety checks, and minor maintenance to keep properties ready for residents.

You will travel on-site, document findings in clear digital reports, and support property managers with timely, high-quality observations. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning and mileage reimbursement.

Position Overview

As a Property Management Associate, you are the eyes, ears, and nose of our property management team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring homes are safe, functional, and ready for residents to move in.

Requirements:

• Reliability: You’re someone we can count on to manage your schedule and show up on time.
• A Keen Eye: You notice the small things that others might miss.
• A Valid Driver’s License: You’re comfortable with travel and enjoy spending time behind the wheel.
• Great Communication: You can translate what you see on-site into clear, professional notes for our property managers.

$20 - $25 an hour
