Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough walk-throughs of occupied and unoccupied rental properties to assess conditions.
• Test electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure functionality.
• Identify hazards or code violations and address them early.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks to keep properties in good condition.
• Create comprehensive digital reports guiding owners on renovations and safety upgrades.
