Qualificações

• 2 years of relevant property claims adjusting experience of moderate complexity.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools.
• Experience handling high-severity and complex property claims (fire, water, vandalism, etc.).
• Licensing within 90 days of employment and attempts.
• Understanding of residential construction and policy interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and settle complex property claims within regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to resolve claims.
• Prepare estimates using estimating platforms and virtual inspection tools.
• Maintain accurate claim file documentation throughout the process.
• Support workload surges and CAT response operations as needed.
