Qualifikationen

• Required Education: Complete ACG Claim Representative Training Program or demonstrate equivalent knowledge or experience.
• Experience: Three years of experience or equivalent training in negotiation of claim settlements, securing and evaluating evidence, preparing estimates, subrogation claims, resolving coverage questions, taking statements, and setting evaluation plans.

Aufgaben

• Review assigned claims and contact insured/affected parties.
• Set expectations for remaining claim process and document in system.
• Complete complex coverage analysis and identify claimants' benefits.
• Approve payments to appropriate parties and refer to other units when needed.
• Prepare damage estimates and ensure estimates accuracy.
• Conduct detailed investigations and handle field inspections as needed.
• Document the claim file thoroughly and manage time-sensitive data.
