AAA-The Auto Club Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Property Field Claim Specialist to deliver exceptional service to homeowners during challenging times. You’ll inspect property damage, investigate claims, and work directly with homeowners to reach fair resolutions while providing compassionate guidance in the field.

The hybrid schedule runs Monday–Friday, with remote work options and travel to field locations as needed.

Formación

• Complete ACG Claim Representative Training or demonstrate equivalent knowledge or experience.
• In states where an Adjuster’s license is required, eligible to acquire a State Adjuster’s license within 90 days of hire.
• Must have a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Review assigned claims and contact the insured and other affected parties.
• Set expectations for the remainder of the claim process and document in claims system.
• Perform complex coverage analysis and identify all policyholder benefits.
• Create sub-claims if needed and investigate facts to determine payments.
• Refer claims to Underwriting, Recovery Units or SIU when necessary.
• Thoroughly document and code the claim file and complete closure activities.
