Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of property claim experience or completion of Travelers training.
• Active adjuster license, where applicable.
• Proficient in claims management and estimating software; strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong judgment and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under limited supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and vendors.
• Investigate and determine coverage for property damages per policy terms.
• Estimate scope of damages and prepare written estimates.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders; maintain records.
• Travel to support customers across locations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
