Job summary

Travelers is seeking an experienced Claims Representative to review, investigate, and settle property claims in the San Gabriel Valley and Northeast greater Los Angeles area, including Burbank. You will gather facts, assess coverage, and provide timely communication with customers and vendors.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of property claim experience, an active adjuster license where applicable, and strong skills in claims software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under limited supervision.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party vendors.
• Investigate and evaluate facts; determine coverage for property damages.
• Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents; prepare estimates.
