Job summary

CCMS & Associates is seeking a 1099 Field Adjuster for the Little Rock area of Arkansas. The role requires residential or commercial field experience and the ability to manage inspections and claims with accuracy using Xactimate.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of first-party property adjusting experience, an Arkansas state adjuster license, a valid driver's license, and strong time management and customer service skills to support our diverse client base and uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year first-party commercial and/or residential property adjusting experience
• Prepare Statements of Loss, Proof of Loss, and denial letters
• Arkansas State adjusters license
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and commercial field inspections utilizing Xactimate
• Investigate claims by obtaining statements from insureds, claimants, or witnesses and by interviewing officials
• Recommend claim reserves based on investigation and reporting
• Obtain and interpret official reports
• Review coverage forms and provide analysis to the client in a well-documented report
• Maintain quality through adherence to best practices
