Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial field property inspections using Xactimate.
• Investigate claims by interviewing insureds, claimants, and witnesses and assess damages.
• Recommend claim reserves based on investigations and prepare clear reserve reports.
• Obtain and interpret official reports and review coverage forms for issues.
• Provide thorough, well-documented initial captions to clients.
• Maintain high quality and adherence to best practices in reporting.
