Qualifications

• 3-5 years of administrative, project coordination, or operational support experience.
• Experience in a technical services, industrial, manufacturing, or field services environment preferred.
• Swagelok experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Services business activities ensuring accuracy and follow-through.
• Coordinate Field Services projects including scheduling and customer communications.
• Monitor quote and order activity to provide visibility to leadership.
