Job summary

Centerra Gold is seeking a Project Technician for the Goldfield District Project in Goldfield, Nevada. This two-year fixed-term role reports to the Project Director and will bridge engineering, field operations, and project management with a focus on HSS and site coordination.

The role emphasizes field-based support, planning, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, contractors, and safety teams to ensure on-time, in-scope, and quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project experience, with at least 5 years in mining.
• Strong knowledge of field operations, planning and coordination.
• Experience leading safety programs and site HSS culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based technical support and coordinate contractor activities.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, scopes, resources, and progress reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, specifications, and data collection.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to meet project needs and timelines.
• Support safety programs, inductions, and JHA meetings.
• Communicate with the project team to resolve issues and set priorities.
