Job summary

Centerra Gold is seeking a Sustaining Capital Project Manager for the Goldfield District Project in Goldfield, Nevada. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, safety, and controls to extend mine life and ensure execution excellence.

The role requires 10+ years in mining development, a strong background in EPCM/EPC/PCM, and deep knowledge of MSHA safety standards. You will partner with regulators, communities, and leadership to deliver results safely and on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred with significant mining project experience.
• 10+ years of experience in mining development projects over $25M.
• Strong knowledge of mining, processing and construction management.
• Experience with EPCM, EPC, PCM and managing third‑party engineering resources.
• Commitment to safety and zero-harm culture; understanding MSHA requirements.
• Experience with operations readiness and transition from capital projects to operations.
• Knowledge of Nevada mining regulations and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sustaining Capital Projects on site including engineering, procurement, contracting, construction, safety, project controls, and environmental compliance.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control; develop progress metrics for senior leadership.
• Coordinate permits, environmental compliance, and stakeholder engagement with regulators and communities.
• Develop and implement engineering standards, field campaigns, and commissioning plans for project handover.
