United Land Services is seeking a Project Superintendent/Heavy Equipment Operator to lead outdoor site work on athletic field projects. This role involves travel and coordinating crews to meet design specifications.

You will operate excavators, dozers, and skid steers with GPS/laser grading tools, read blueprints, enforce safety, and collaborate with clients and project managers to deliver top-tier facilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent and Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Experience operating excavators, dozers, and skid steers with GPS and laser grading tech.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, landscape architecture, and turf base prep.
• Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and site plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage projects from inception to completion.
• Operate heavy equipment with precision for grading, drainage, and turf base prep.
• Read and interpret construction plans to ensure design specifications.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors to keep work on schedule.
• Maintain project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols on site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.
