TAK Broadband is seeking a Project Specialist in Kansas City, MO to manage path planning, site assessments, and resource coordination for new fiber projects. The role supports project development, budgeting, and packet creation, with extensive travel across markets.

Ideal candidates will have experience with aerial/underground construction, maps/diagrams interpretation, and strong customer service. Full-time role with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving, time management and communication skills.
• Able and willing to travel regionally; 75–100% annually, with potential overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall path planning review, including site pictures and node integration.
• Define projects from job definitions and network integration needs.
• Develop and assemble Project Packets for approval and budgeting.
• Coordinate site plans, asset lists, and labor/material requirements with design teams.
• Travel across local and nationwide markets to support project deployment.
