Job summary

Veolia is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician/Engineer to support water treatment systems across North America. You will maintain parts inventories, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment, and document root causes while coordinating with client operators and Veolia teams.

Strong communication and remote collaboration are required. Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years in water treatment, knowledge of RO/ED, ion exchange and thermal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years in Water Treatment.
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to work with VEOLIA teams.
• Knowledge of RO/ED, Ion Exchange and Thermal technologies.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Basic water treatment chemistry knowledge and ability to communicate it.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site and off-site inventory of spare parts and ensure supplies.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and controls on water-treatment equipment.
• Track root cause failures and document via VEOLIA quality process.
• Provide timely site reports and technical summaries to customers.
• Coordinate with client operators and VEOLIA teams, and support commissioning.
