Job summary

ENGEL North America is seeking a Field Project Manager - CSD to lead end-to-end management of large-scale customer projects, coordinating planning, budgets, schedules and cross-functional teams. This role requires significant on-site presence and extensive travel to customer facilities across the United States.

You will serve as the primary point of contact, manage risks, ensure safety and quality, support pre-project activities, and drive continuous improvement while working with engineering,

Qualifications

• PM certification preferred or equivalent.
• 3–5 years project management in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects from planning to closeout.
• Serve as primary on-site and remote representative for customers.
• Travel to customer facilities to oversee field operations and installations.
• Coordinate activities between customers, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource utilization; report progress.
