ENGEL Machinery North America is seeking a Field Project Manager - CSD to lead end-to-end management of multiple large-scale customer projects. You will coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and ENGEL teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and travel extensively to customer sites. A PM certification and manufacturing experience are preferred.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to project delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Preferred – Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience managing projects in engineering, construction management, industrial technology, manufacturing, or related environments preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant field experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of assigned projects including planning, scheduling, execution, reporting, implementation, and closeout.
• Serve as primary on-site & remote representative for customers.
• Travel to customer facilities to oversee field operations and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate project activities between customers, subcontractors, vendors, field technicians, and internal departments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and manpower plans.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, labor utilization, and project performance.
