Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee all phases of the construction lifecycle for delivery station facilities nationwide. You will coordinate owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership across multiple concurrent projects, with travel up to 50% and a flexible work-from-home arrangement when not on sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of construction management, project management, or owner's representative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, BIM360/ACC, or similar construction management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning and design through execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Lead project startup activities, stakeholder alignment, contractor onboarding, permitting, and construction readiness planning.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, design changes, construction documentation, and drawing control.
• Monitor project performance related to schedule, budget, quality, safety, and scope.
• Lead project meetings, provide status reporting, and communicate risks, issues, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate procurement, long-lead equipment, material deliveries, and site logistics to support project schedules.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage change orders, and support quality assurance and compliance requirements.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate commissioning, turnover, punch-list completion, closeout documentation, and transition to operations.
