Evergreen + Maker in Charlotte is seeking a Field Project Manager to own day-to-day field execution for cabinets and flooring projects.

This high-trust role requires relentless organization, calm under pressure, and willingness to travel regionally to active job sites across the Carolinas.

You will coordinate crews, schedule installs, and ensure work meets spec on time, with growth potential as the company scales.

Qualificações

• Field experience in construction or building products.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple jobs and crews.
• Proficient in Excel and digital tracking for schedules and materials.
• Experience with builder platforms such as SupplyPro or Procore is a plus.
• Strong communication with builders and crews.
• Willing to travel regionally on short notice.
• Self-starter who anticipates problems.
• No degree required; capability matters most.

Responsabilidades

• Primary contact for builder PMs and superintendents.
• Schedule installs across crews and timelines.
• Ensure installs meet spec and complete punch-lists.
• Coordinate material flow and staging against build schedules.
• Hold crews and subs accountable for quality and timeliness.
• Travel to active jobsites and markets.
• Provide operational backstop to prevent gaps in day-to-day tasks.
