Environmental Company is seeking a Project Manager for our Land Management and Industrial Projects team. The role will oversee multiple crews, projects, and customers, acting as the primary contact for a defined customer group and representing the Ground Level team professionally.

You will develop schedules, assemble estimates, ensure safety compliance, and drive on-time completion while expanding revenue. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and leadership skills, experience in field

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to use technology and devices for timekeeping and project review.
• The ability to work fifty hours a week or more depending on workload.
• Ability to work outdoors in potentially adverse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop customer base within assigned area
• Daily focus on customer contact regarding job progress and upcoming opportunities
• Develop project schedules and daily schedules for assigned work groups
• Assemble estimates for job scopes of varying sizes
• Ensure team compliance with safety protocol, administrative procedures, and equipment maintenance
• Prompt completion of administrative tasks
• The ability to retain and grow a multi-million dollar revenue stream for assigned area
• Strong focus on team advancement
