Job summary

Spur Environmental Services is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to lead projects, coordinate with clients, and drive efficient, cost‑effective solutions across diverse industries. The role requires strong organizational skills, reliable leadership, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Based in Midland, TX, the position involves on‑site oversight, periodic travel, and a flexible schedule with potential weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

Minimal of 2 years working in a Project Management / Supervisory capacity with team leadership.
Experience in Environmental, Waste Management, Oil/Gas/Pipeline, Construction, Industrial Plants, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure.
Good driving record and ability to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

Support Sales by attending job walks and interfacing with clients to develop practical solutions.
Develop written scope of work and budget to produce bids and proposals.
Coordinate project requirements and internal resources with scheduler.
Ensure Supervisors understand scope, timeline, budget, and safety requirements.
Be onsite to initiate and conclude projects and provide on‑the‑job training as needed.
Visit sites to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project.
