Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead site investigation, remediation, and compliance projects across Texas, including Houston, San Antonio, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin and El Paso.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations while coordinating a multidisciplinary team of experts. This role offers field work, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with a broad network of technical specialists to deliver high-quality environmental outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Geology required.
• PE or PG required; Texas registration preferred.
• 7–10 years of environmental consulting experience.
• Experience managing environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance projects.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including TRRP.
• Proven budget, schedule, scope, and client-expectation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental projects including site characterization, remediation, and compliance.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to execute investigations and remediation.
• Conduct field activities including sampling and oversight of subcontractors.
• Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and support remedial strategy development.
• Ensure deliverables meet project requirements, regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation to ensure success.
• Maintain communication with clients, regulators, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Assist with proposal preparation, scope development, and cost estimation.
