Job summary

Vert Environmental is seeking a Project Coordinating Manager to lead the Project Coordinating and Field Technician Departments. You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure projects are scheduled and completed on time while maintaining high client satisfaction.

You will liaison between clients, technicians, laboratories, and internal teams, review reports, provide pricing and proposals, and support business development by identifying opportunities to sell services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
• Minimum of 2 years in environmental industry or related field.
• Experience supervising employees and managing dept operations.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional client-service style.
• Ability to communicate with clients, field technicians, laboratories, homeowners, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to learn company systems.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Experience with remote work and a dedicated home office setup.
• Willingness to work Monday-Saturday as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Project Coordinating and Field Technician Departments.
• Lead and supervise department employees, schedules, and performance.
• Coordinate and prioritize field projects to meet client and operational requirements.
• Serve as liaison between coordinators, field technicians, clients, labs, and internal teams.
• Oversee client communication, including updates, pricing, proposals, and inquiries.
• Review laboratory results and communicate findings to clients and team.
