Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Field Project Manager to join our construction and fencing operations. The role focuses on coordinating field activities, measuring job sites, and keeping projects on schedule while delivering quality results.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to communicate with customers and installation crews. Training is available, with pay starting at $25.00 per hour for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in construction, fencing, and project management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to read measurements, follow instructions, and solve problems in the field.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and responsible.
• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting active job sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Prior experience in construction, fencing, project coordination, or field operations is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Visit job sites to measure fences, gates, and installation areas accurately.
• Review project requirements and identify potential job site challenges.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate project updates with customers and installation crews.
• Perform on-site inspections and document job site conditions through photos, measurements, and notes.
• Assist with project planning, material coordination, and workflow management.
• Ensure projects are completed according to company standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support project operations.
