Job summary

BECI seeks a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join our building envelope team in Tampa, FL. The role is local with occasional travel to train and support other branches. We provide training and relocation assistance as needed.

You will troubleshoot envelope issues onsite, produce detailed reports, and assist with construction specifications while delivering technical support to staff. This position includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
• IIBEC credentials (RRC, RRO, RWC, or REWC) or EIT certificate a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
• Going onsite to construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
• Producing reports based on investigations.
• Assisting with the preparation of construction specifications.
• Providing technical support to staff, as required.
• Attending trade shows, seminars and educational programs to keep abreast of industry trends and ensure continued professional development.
