Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Field-based Associate Project Manager – Communications to drive complex customer projects across the Midwest. You will travel to customer sites, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with clear visibility into timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include scheduling, risk management, weekly revenue forecasts, and stakeholder communications, with CRM documentation to ensure delivery success across installations and handoffs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 6+ years relevant experience, or associate degree with 4+ years, or bachelor’s degree.
• Travel up to 70% within Midwest region.
• CAPM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15–30 concurrent projects while maintaining defined quality standards and customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify and coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal partners and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Analyze project risks and implement mitigation and response plans to minimize disruptions.
• Prepare and deliver weekly revenue forecasts, outlining monthly, quarterly, and annual projections.
• Conduct site visits to verify installation readiness and ensure pre-installation requirements are met.
• Lead project meetings including customer kickoff, launch sessions, planning meetings, and after-action reviews.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and workflow tracking within CRM systems, ensuring visibility for production, demand planning, and resource allocation.
