Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Senior Project Manager in Wisconsin to lead a portfolio of complex, customer-facing healthcare technology and capital installation projects from charter through completion. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional resources; coordinate site readiness; and guide stakeholders on priorities and changes while supporting broader strategic initiatives.

Travel is approximately 60% to customer sites within the state; this field-based role

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as a baseline.
• 4+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with internal and external partners.
• Knowledge of construction processes, site readiness, and related coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex customer-facing projects from charter development to completion.
• Develop charters, management plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and project documentation.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and costs; adjust plans based on requirements.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; partner with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support site readiness and execution.
• Advise stakeholders on priorities, scheduling, scope changes, and dependencies.
• Lead small strategic projects and guide Associate Project Managers.
