Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Senior Project Manager – Communications in Wisconsin to oversee a portfolio of complex healthcare technology and capital installation projects. This role requires ~60% travel to customer sites and entails end-to-end project leadership from planning through completion.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional resources while supporting strategic business initiatives and ensuring site readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; or Associate’s with 4+ years; or high school diploma with 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks through lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with internal/external teams.
• Knowledge of construction processes, schedules, trade coordination, site readiness, or renovation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex, customer-facing projects from charter development through execution and completion.
• Develop charters, management plans, schedules, WBS, resource plans, and project documentation.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and costs; evaluate tradeoffs per requirements.
• Identify risks and quality trends; create mitigation plans with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support execution and site readiness.
• Advise on priorities, scheduling decisions, scope changes, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead small strategic projects and guide Associate Project Managers and teams.
