Job summary

Singer Equipment Company is seeking a Project Manager to support Contract Sales by managing commercial kitchen installations on construction projects. You will meet with GCs to coordinate install dates and ensure timely delivery of equipment, while guiding change orders when needed.

The role requires extensive driving to job sites and regular travel, with compensation and benefits designed to attract top talent. OSHA 30 certification is required or can be provided by Singer.

Qualifications

• Able to manage installation crews and Superintendents.
• Experience in construction settings and workflow management.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to craft professional emails for interactions with customers, vendors, and staff on a regular basis.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Prepare submittals and review shop drawings; obtain approvals.
• Coordinate installation schedule with GC and ensure deadlines.
• Oversee installation teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Travel regularly to job sites; manage on-site staff under OSHA 30.
• Review drawings and document site conditions.
