Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
• Internship, co-op, academic project, leadership, or relevant work experience demonstrating project coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MS Office and project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of large-scale customer deployment projects.
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and project milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Track project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings, capturing decisions and follow-ups.
• Maintain project schedules, dashboards, and reporting tools.
