Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, field coordination, or similar role.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and construction documentation.

This individual will serve as a critical partner to Construction and Electrical Project Managers, ensuring high-quality project delivery while proactively identifying risks, gaps, and issues in the field.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of driving resolution, mitigation, and continuous improvement. This role is field-based and focused on oversight, coordination, and quality assurance-not hands-on trade work.

5+ years of experience in construction project management, field coordination, or similar roleExperience managing commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and construction documentationProven experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple tradesExperience with QA/QC processes in construction environmentsProficiency with project management tools
