Whether developing and realizing new technology as a team, collaborating to build instrumentation, or strengthening vital relationships with countless global industries, we work to create trusted relationships that help everyone thrive. As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.

What is the role about?

This role leads and manages all onsite project activities-from setup through execution-for maintenance, shutdowns, commissioning, calibrations, and start-up services. Serving as the primary onsite liaison, the position ensures safety, quality, and efficiency while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. The role brings value to Endress+Hauser by driving successful project delivery, strengthening client relationships, and supporting continuous improvement in onsite execution. The role, as a secondary responsibility, involves supporting the sales team in securing larger service opportunities with customer presentations, facility walk downs, assisting in large proposals and understanding manpower and tool loading calculations. Additionally, the position requires proficiency in conducting customer success journey conversations, to ensure that Endress+Hauser and our partners can consistently deliver high-value services, products, and solutions, while demonstrating the ongoing value of customers' existing investments with us.

Which tasks will you perform?
  • Lead sales and proposal development for major service opportunities, collaborating with partners across territories to strengthen our competitive position.
  • Lead and oversee all onsite set-up efforts and project activities for maintenance, shutdowns, commissioning, plant start-up, calibrations, and solutions projects.
  • Establish, organize, and direct onsite teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, strategic service partners, and third-party vendors, to ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and productivity targets are established and met for onsite services.
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, fostering strong professional relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage project costs, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Implement and enforce onsite safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Resolve onsite issues and conflicts promptly to minimize project disruptions and maintain workflow.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, legal, and management teams to coordinate project deliverables and logistics.
  • Conduct regular onsite progress meetings with stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and continuously improve onsite work processes, documentation, best practices, and digital tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and operational performance.
  • Provide training and mentorship to onsite technicians and junior project staff on project management processes and safety practices.
  • Prepare and present project performance reports, including productivity metrics, cost analysis, and client feedback.
  • Ensure all onsite activities comply with company policies, client policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Presentation of Endress+Hauser capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to help customers gain additional value from Endress+Hauser capabilities and prior purchases through success journey workshops and conversations.
