We're looking for an experienced Field Project Manager to assist us with jobs in Dallas County and surrounding areas.

Position Overview:

Are you an ambitious, detail-oriented professional ready to lead operations for a fast-growing company? HOMEstretch is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Field Project Manager to own our local project lifecycle. You will be a pivotal partner to the ownership team, ensuring our high standards of speed and quality are met on every job.

What You'll Do:

• Own the Schedule: Manage full-time project timelines, ensuring crews arrive punctually and materials are on-site exactly when needed.
• Drive Quality: Oversee job sites to ensure every project is market-ready and exceeds client expectations.
• Scale the Machine: Recruit and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure we can start any new job within 5 business days.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact during projects, providing clear updates from start to finish.
